Persons 18 years of age or younger submitting their talent online or otherwise to Legacy Foundation Ltd must be accompanied and supervised by an adult who will be responsible for them. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age.

 

Talent assumes all risks in submitting their post/content/details to the website www.legacyfoundation.co.nz and waives all claims against the Company, website, sponsors and all/any third party links. 
Talent consents to reasonable examination and searches to ensure compliance with laws and submission rules. Failure to comply may result in refusal of submission or expulsion. Legacy Foundation Ltd reserves the right to refuse submissions or expel any person whose conduct is deemed to be objectionable. Expulsion cancels any talent submission and all claims.

 

Please be aware that by submitting content to us and the website www.legacyfoundation.co.nz / Legacy Music, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in films, photography, and tapes for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release to Legacy Music, its successors assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature.
