By submitting your content for consideration for an artist development deal, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Ownership: You warrant that you are the rightful owner of the submitted content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for its use.

Rights Granted: You grant Legacy Foundation the non-exclusive right to review, evaluate, and consider your submitted content for a potential recording contract.

No Obligation: Submission of your content does not guarantee acceptance or an artist development deal with Legacy Foundation. We reserve the right to accept or reject submissions at our sole discretion, without providing any explanation or feedback.

Confidentiality: We will treat your submitted content as confidential information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality and recommend that you take necessary precautions to protect your intellectual property.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Foundation, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the submitted content or your breach of this agreement.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Persons 18 years of age or younger submitting their talent online or otherwise to Legacy Foundation must be accompanied and supervised by an adult who will be responsible for them. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age.
