Legacy Foundation Global Gateway Initiative – Submission Disclaimer

By submitting your information, creative works, or supporting materials to Legacy Foundation for consideration under the Global Gateway Initiative, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Ownership: You confirm that you are the rightful owner of all submitted content or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, permissions, and authority to submit it for review.

Rights Granted: You grant Legacy Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to review, evaluate, and assess your submitted materials solely for the purpose of determining potential opportunities, including but not limited to artist development, brand partnerships, creative collaborations, marketing initiatives, investment opportunities, events, media features, and other projects aligned with the Global Gateway Initiative.

No Obligation: Submission of your materials does not guarantee selection, representation, funding, partnership, promotion, or any other opportunity with Legacy Foundation. All submissions are reviewed at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to accept or decline any submission without providing reasons or feedback.

Confidentiality: Legacy Foundation will make reasonable efforts to treat submitted materials as confidential during the evaluation process. However, we recommend that you take appropriate steps to protect your intellectual property before making any submission.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights remain with the original owner. Submission does not transfer ownership of your work to Legacy Foundation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Foundation, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and partners against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your submission, including any breach of these terms or infringement of the rights of any third party.

International Participation: Legacy Foundation welcomes submissions from around the world. Participants are responsible for ensuring their submissions comply with the laws and regulations of their own country or jurisdiction. Any formal agreements entered into with Legacy Foundation will specify the governing law applicable to that agreement.

Minors: Applicants under the age of 18 must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Legacy Foundation reserves the right to request proof of age and parental or guardian consent at any stage of the review process.

Acceptance: By submitting your materials, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this disclaimer.
