Legacy Foundation Opens a New Pathway for New Zealand Artists Ahead of the 2027 GRAMMY® Awards Season

Auckland, New Zealand - Legacy Foundation is proud to announce the expansion of its artist support initiatives as it prepares for the upcoming Recording Academy GRAMMY® Awards submission season.

Having participated as a Recording Academy Media Company across the past two GRAMMY® Awards cycles, Legacy Foundation is strengthening its commitment to supporting independent artists, songwriters, producers, and creators seeking to take their music beyond New Zealand.

As part of this initiative, Legacy Foundation will invite expressions of interest from artists who believe their music is ready for international consideration. Selected projects may receive professional guidance, administrative support, and assistance in preparing for the Recording Academy submission process.

"Our goal is simple," said Richie Campbell, CEO of Legacy Foundation. "New Zealand is home to exceptional talent. We want to help create informed pathways for artists who are ready to present their work on one of the world's most recognised music stages."

Legacy Foundation's role is to provide education, guidance, and administrative support throughout the submission process. While submission does not guarantee nomination or award recognition, proper preparation, accurate category placement, and professional presentation are important parts of the journey.

Artists, managers, labels, and producers interested in learning more will be able to apply as further details are announced in the coming weeks.

Legacy Foundation continues to champion independent music by connecting New Zealand creators with opportunities that extend beyond New Zealand shores.

From New Zealand to the World.
